ESG Network ?
This network can serve as a platform for businesses and organizations to collaborate on achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
- To share information on:
- The level of compliance of the Network’s members with applicable ESGs.
- The specific needs of the members to achieve a satisfactory level of compliance with ESGs.
- The level of contribution of the Private Sector to Albania’s SDGs
- To set as per best practices available and achievable specific goals on:
- Environmental performance
- Social Performance
- Corporate Governance
- To establish partnerships with:
- CSR EUROPE
- UNGC
- Other international reputable organizations that are sector specific
- Other Albanian Business Chambers
- To identify:
- The Needs of the Private Sector for intervention by the Government Agencies to enable them to comply with ESGs ((i) at the legislative OR executive level (ii) at coordinating efforts into common campaigns of sensibilization and raising both capacities and funds -If possible/applicable).
- The suitable communication channels/training/qualification opportunities accordingly that are sector and size specific to facilitate integration of ESG into their systems of operation including gradually the respective supply chains.
- The level of compliance of Albania with the assigned SDGs and the areas of priority in this regard.
- Funding opportunities offered by Local and International Partners to implement projects aiming at promoting and incorporating ESGs.

OUR STRUCTURE
We agree in principle to the above and commit to become members as well as to invest our best efforts into enabling the establishment and operation of the Albanian ESG Network according to the above Vision, Mission, and Goals.
We reserve the right to be priory informed and be given the possibility to actively participate in the preparatory process for the formal establishment of the Albanian ESG Network as well as to review, have a thorough consideration and to freely express our opinions and decision on approving the Act of Establishment and the Bylaws of the Albanian ESG NETWORK in its final form and essence in due time once they are available.

The Network is organized as an association designed to ensure inclusivity and transparency:

bringing together producers, service providers, banks, and supply chain partners
